Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, then a further 14 days to send it back. This includes sale items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at barelayeressentail@barelayeressentials.co.uk with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

We hold every product to the standard we'd want for ourselves — comfortable, well-made, and built to actually get worn, not just photographed once. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

What if it doesn't fit?

Check the size guide on the product page before you order. If the fit's off, you can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Will the colour look the same as the photos?

We shoot in natural light to keep things honest, but screens vary — some shades can read slightly lighter or warmer in person. The product description notes any colour nuances to watch for.
