Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
During high demand periods, promotional launches, or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.

- We ship internationally to selected regions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs checks, weather, or events outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers (including USA) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied upon delivery. These are outside our control and are not included in your order total.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn and unused
- All original tags are attached
- Items are in their original condition and packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service. we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Pre-Orders
Estimated dispatch dates are provided at time of purchase. Delays may occur. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch unless otherwise stated.
