What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at barelayeressentail@barelayeressentials.co.uk. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

📦 Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?
UK orders typically arrive within 8 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us @barelayeressentials.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

👗 Sizing & Product

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart for the best fit.

How do I care for my BareLayer pieces?
For embroidered and delicate items, we recommend a gentle cold machine wash or hand wash. Avoid tumble drying. Full care instructions are on each product label.

Are your drops limited edition?
Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities to keep things special. Once they're gone, they're gone — so don't sleep on it! ✨
